Allegro Acoustics carries out noise surveys and acoustic testing for industrial sites, buildings and development projects across Ireland and the UK. Every survey is designed around the decision it has to support, whether that is a planning application, a licence condition, a design specification or a complaint that needs resolving.
A noise survey is only as useful as the question it answers. Before any measurement takes place we agree what is being assessed and against which criteria, so the resulting report does the job it was commissioned for rather than requiring a second visit.
Our acoustic testing covers sound insulation testing for compliance with Technical Guidance Document Part E, acoustic performance testing of completed construction, and reverberation testing for rooms with a specified performance standard. Testing is carried out with calibrated Class 1 equipment and reported against the relevant standard.
On the environmental and industrial side we deliver baseline surveys ahead of development, operational surveys against licence limits, and detailed source surveys where a specific item of plant needs to be isolated and quantified.
