Allegro Acoustics completed the acoustic design for the 20-acre Monaghan Education Campus, a multi-building development containing a primary school, post-primary school, institute for further education, sports centre and the 300-seat Garage Theatre. Educational spaces were designed to satisfy Building Bulletin 93 and Department of Education TGD-021-05 requirements. Allegro oversaw implementation during construction and completed acoustic commissioning testing. The Garage Theatre was designed as a flexible venue capable of providing a more reverberant response for music and a clearer, more intelligible response for drama and speech.
