Allegro Acoustics has provided acoustic consultancy services to Huntstown Power Station since 2014. The appointment includes annual environmental noise monitoring for Industrial Emissions Licence compliance, annual occupational noise monitoring and detailed environmental noise modelling using SoundPLAN to assess the acoustic impact of new plant installations and facility extensions across both Phase 1 and Phase 2. Allegro Acoustics also provides ongoing technical support, helping the station manage operational acoustic issues and supporting future development projects.
