Allegro Acoustics was crucial in providing top-tier acoustic consulting services for a 205-unit residential development. This included offering design recommendations to ensure optimal acoustic performance throughout the development, responding to site queries, conducting site inspections during construction, and performing acoustic testing upon practical completion. The designs and tests were fully compliant with TGD-E Sound (BC[a]R 2014), contributing to the successful completion of the development in two sectors.

Sector 1 – forms a perimeter block and comprises 5-storey apartment blocks on the sector’s northern, western, and eastern sides. The southern side consists of nine 3-storey units. The southwestern corner contains one 4-storey corner unit and one 3-storey unit. 

Sector 2 – comprises a 4-storey apartment block on the northeastern edge, with three 4-storey corner units and three 3-storey units on each flank. There are two and three-storey terraced units located along the southern edge.
