Allegro Acoustics carried out the noise impact assessment as part of the EIA for this 80km long, 300 pylon, 400kV interconnector project which runs from Tyrone, down through Monaghan and into Meath. This involved a substantial baseline noise assessment and a joint noise impact assessment with Northern Ireland Electricity Networks.
