Allegro Acoustics carried out an in-depth noise control engineering program for Diageo at St. James’ Gate which included assessment of multiple facilities spread throughout this internationally recognised and historical manufacturing site. This involved an in-depth and targeted noise measurement and assessment program, noise source evaluation on site and the development of a 3D environmental noise model to represent the site and surrounding urban area using SoundPLAN noise modelling software.

This project involved extensive acoustic assessment of existing M&E Plant and Production equipment.

Allegro Acoustics subsequently concluded specific acoustic design measures and operational changes at the site to maximise noise attenuation of existing systems.
