The hotel boasts a bar & restaurant, gym, meeting rooms, an internal courtyard, and 301 beds. It was meticulously crafted to attain classification by Fáilte Ireland and a BREEAM Very Good rating.

Acoustic design was seamlessly integrated into the building’s interior and architectural layout, resulting in an outstanding acoustic environment. This encompasses a ground-floor bar and restaurant exuding a cozy yet tranquil acoustic setting, impeccable sound isolation between bedrooms to ensure guest privacy, and minimal disruptive noise levels, allowing guests to relish the cityscape without unwanted traffic noise.
